The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay, whether you're preparing a leisurely breakfast or a family meal at the end of the day. A central island with breakfast bar creates a sociable space for morning coffee, casual dining or keeping the cook company, while the adjacent dining area provides plenty of room for everyone to gather together.

Tigh Na Bruaich comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across four well-appointed bedrooms. (Maximum 6 adults and 2 children under 13).

The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room, the family bathroom features both a bath and a separate walk-in shower, offering flexibility for guests of all ages.
 
For added convenience, there is also a separate WC with a wash hand basin, located just off the dining area.
 
Entertainment Room
The separate entertainment room offers an additional space to relax and unwind, featuring a pool table, comfortable seating, a TV, DVD library, PlayStation 4, darts board and a chess table. The perfect place to enjoy quality time together after a day of exploring. We simply ask guests to enjoy the room with care and consideration for both the property and neighbouring residents.
 
Outside
Guests can enjoy a choice of inviting spaces to relax throughout the day. The balcony and multi-level decking provide the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening drink, while the lawn offers space for children to play. 
 
After a day exploring Argyll, sink into the covered hot tub and enjoy the peaceful surroundings whatever the weather. A BBQ is also provided, making outdoor dining easy during the warmer months.

Dog Policy: Two well-behaved dogs are welcome (£30 per dog, per stay). Dogs are not permitted on furniture or in the bedrooms. Please see our full dog policy for further information.
Smoking: Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property.
Groups: Tigh Na Bruaich is designed for family holidays and relaxing breaks with friends. To help preserve the peaceful surroundings, stag parties, hen parties and similar celebrations are not permitted. We kindly ask all guests to respect neighbouring properties by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening. 
Safety: Smoke alarms, a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket are provided.
Check-in: From 4:00pm. Full arrival details will be provided prior to your stay.
Security Deposit: A refundable £200 housekeeping deposit is required prior to arrival by credit card pre-authorisation. Guests wishing to use the hot tub and entertainment room are also required to provide an additional £300 deposit, bringing the total refundable security deposit to £500. Both authorisations will be released following departure, subject to the property's terms and conditions.
