Pedals and Paddles5/5 Stars Upfront Reviews - October 2023Great location, very comfortable and well equipped. Worked very well for just the two of us, and would work equally well for six.
A very enjoyable holiday. A great community asset.
Peaceful and beautiful

Beautiful views across the water, we saw a seal from the window, well kitted out place , great as a base.
The right place - at the right time
5/5 Stars Upfront Reviews - April 2023
We were delighted by our stay at P&P. This was a slightly longer stay - to bridge between two houses. The flat had everything we needed and it was a delight to wake up every morning to that wonderful view and, occasionally, to watch one of the local seals swimming by.
The View is the Cherry on Top
5/5 Upfront Reviews - March 2023
We’ve been staying at Pedals and Paddles on a long term booking and the flat is ideal for all our daily needs. From the moment we were shown around by the delightful Caroline, we knew it would be a home from home. It’s very secure, comfortable, warm, bright and airy, and ideal in terms of location for access to all the local facilities and the Cowal Peninsula for outdoor recreation. The flat is well equipped, with a comfortable living room, separate dining room, well equipped large kitchen , 3 double bedrooms , a bathroom and en-suite shower room. The flat is in a perfect spot with views over the water ( just across the street), and highly convenient for the excellent community shop below. Being right next to a terrific pub and restaurant ( The Osborne), it’s incredibly private, quiet and relaxing. The convenience of being in a village with two pubs, situated directly over the shop and 1 minute from a bus stop is a terrific bonus! The local community are friendly and welcoming . I’d recommend a stay at P & P however short or long your visit. It does everything you need and the view over the Clyde is the cherry on top. My only caveat would be the lack of private outdoor space ( future phase of development I understand), but with so much outdoor space on your doorstep that more than makes up for it !
