Seascape – A Stylish Coastal Retreat for Couples

We’re excited to introduce Seascape, opened in March 2026, a beautifully refurbished one‑bedroom coastal apartment in the tranquil village of Kames, now part of our Argyll Self Catering Holidays collection. Thoughtfully designed for couples, Seascape offers a stylish, cosy base for exploring Argyll’s Secret Coast, with stunning views and serene surroundings.

A Bright & Welcoming Space
Stepping inside, you’ll find an inviting open‑plan living, kitchen, and dining area, created for comfort and relaxation. A standout feature is the picture window, with views across the Kyles of Bute, the perfect backdrop for slow mornings, relaxed evenings, or simply watching the ever‑changing coastal scenery.

A cosy, seasonal woodburner adds warmth and atmosphere, while the kitchen area provides everything you need for easy holiday self‑catering with fresh local produce. The double bedroom offers soft linens and calming décor for restful nights, and the modern bathroom includes a shower over bath.

Outside, a private garden area with seating invites you to enjoy the fresh coastal air. Free on‑street parking is available nearby.

Experience Kames & Argyll’s Secret Coast
Seascape is perfectly located for exploring one of Scotland’s most scenic and unspoilt coastal regions. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the Kames Village Store and the welcoming Kames Hotel, a popular spot for great food and sea views.

A gentle 20‑minute stroll brings you to nearby Tighnabruaich, home to independent shops, cafés, and local arts and crafts. The area is rich in:

Cycling routes
Wildlife watching
Scenic viewpoints & historic sites

For a relaxing day out, the luxury Portavadie Marina, with spa, pools, and waterfront dining, is just over 4 miles away. Adventurers can also take the short ferry from Colintraive to the Isle of Bute, perfect for beaches, walks, and a visit to the magnificent Mount Stuart House.
