Recently refurbished the cottage villa is filled with modern furnishings to make you feel cosy and comfortable, a home from home.

On the ground level there is an newly built conservatory that opens up onto an outside terrace area. The views over the valley are spectacular. A perfect place any time of the year. From the conservatory there is a large dining area seating up to six guests. This open room features a wood burning stove and TV. The kitchen is spacious and features all your modern convenience. A washing machine and dryer are also featured. There is also a shower room and toilet on this level.

Upstairs there are four comfortable bedrooms, a double bedroom with mountain views, two spacious twin bedrooms and a single bedroom. A family bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet is located on this floor.

Outside
The villa can be accessed from the front or the back of the villa. The garden area provides outdoor furniture to enjoy relaxed afternoons while soaking up the magnificent view.

Nestled in a picturesque location nearby the town of Dunoon with many activities, restaurants, pubs and shops, Benmore Gardens, and walking trails. An ideal base for those who want to explore Cowal Peninsula, and the spectacular West Coast of Scotland.
