Introduction
Wayside Cottage is a charming holiday cottage set in a scenic location for the ultimate relaxing break. Based in the coastal town of Dunoon, the gateway to the Scottish Highlands, Wayside Cottage offers quality self catering accommodation for up to six guests. Guests will enjoy stylish living and sea vistas over the Firth of Clyde. Ideal for families and couples.

Interiors
The spacious living room features modern comfortable sofas, an inviting living flame gas fire, gas central heating and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. A wonderful room to enjoy cosy nights in.

The kitchen is well equipped, complete with gas cooker, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. Included is a washing machine and clothes airer. Through the french doors there is a separate dining area, seating up to 6 persons comfortably.

The first floor features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, a spacious Master king room with sea views, a second twin bedroom with garden views. The third double bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor adjacent to the family shower room. All bedrooms are individually furnished with quality linen and furnishings.

With two modern bathrooms, one is located on the ground level with walk-in shower and the other is upstairs with a modern freestanding bath.

Outdoors
The cottage features a lovely outdoor garden area that catches the all day sun with open aspect, landscaped gardens, a pergola and outdoor furniture.

Off road car parking is available for one car. Sorry no pets.

Explore
Wayside Cottage is the perfect base to explore the township of Dunoon, only a 10 minute walk offering a selection of coffee shops, craft shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants.

Visit local attractions including the Benmore Botanic Gardens, Argyll Forest Park, and historic Kilmun. The region is filled with places to see and things to do. The area is one big outdoor playground. Take your pick from walking, cycling, sailing, fishing, golfing, windsurfing and more.

Explore further afield to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, Argyll's Secret Coast, the Isle of Bute, and historic Inveraray, it's also an easy day trip to Oban, one of the seafood capitals of Scotland.
