Our Services

Getting your property ready.

Before we promote your holiday home, we provide expert guidance to help you prepare it for guests.
We also advise on rental rates and seasonal pricing, offering a yearly Price Matrix designed to maximise your income.

We take time to understand what makes your property special and how best to present it to the market.

Marketing that gets results.

Our focus is providing our owners with excellent occupancy with their rentals, getting the guests through their door and lots of repeat bookers, not to forget providing great service.

We will create your listing on our website, with descriptions, facilities, features and we will take all the photographs, and any video footage for you.

Our advanced online booking system allows guests to book securely and instantly, 24/7.

We invest in online marketing, national press exposure, and digital campaigns to maintain our reputation as one of Argyll’s leading holiday cottage providers.

Setting up your property on our online booking and management system will allow us to use multiple channels to promote your property. We will list your rental property on major booking sights like Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia,  COTTAGES.COM, Visit Scotland, Embrace Scotland and more to expose your property to the correct markets.

We work with Social Media channels, Facebook and Instagram to ensure your property is advertised in further ways.

High Search Engine Visibility

Argyll Self Catering Holidays consistently ranks among the top search results for self‑catering accommodation in Argyll and the West Coast of Scotland — giving your property a strong competitive advantage.

Gain exposure through our partners.

We work with big names and trusted brands to feature your property in many different places, guaranteeing to get you maximum exposure, and more visibility nationally and internationally.

Brand names include: Booking.com, AirBNB, VRBO - HomeAway, TripAdvisor, Cottages.com, Visit Scotland, Wild About Argyll.

Safety and certification.

Your guests’ safety is paramount. We work closely with trusted local companies who can provide gas boiler and central heating certification, PAT testing, fire safety equipment, alarms, extinguishers, fire blankets, servicing, and full risk assessments. We can also recommend reputable providers for landlord liability insurance.

We offer clear guidance on Scottish Government Health & Safety standards, including support with risk assessments and compliance requirements. Because we are based in Argyll and understand the specific regulations that apply in Scotland, our advice is accurate, relevant, and tailored, something large national companies often cannot provide with their more generic, UK‑wide guidance.

Receiving your guests.

We provide your guests with a warm, friendly experience from the moment they book right through to their arrival. Every guest receives clear pre‑arrival information and key‑handover instructions to ensure a smooth and stress‑free start to their holiday. We can also guide owners on what to include in a welcome pack and how to create an informative guest folder that enhances the overall stay.

What truly sets us apart is our personal approach. Unlike larger agencies that rely heavily on automated systems and minimal contact, we offer real communication, real support, and a genuinely welcoming service for both owners and guests.
