Our service is personal and flexible – you get to choose how much involvement you want and the services you want to use. We’ve let our own holiday homes for years, so we know what’s involved. We understand that your holiday cottage is precious to you. That’s why we do everything to give you choice and ensure your peace of mind.

Getting your property ready
Before we promote your holiday cottage, we provide room-by-room furnishing advice. We can provide a competitively-priced furniture package. We can also advise you on setting your rental charge and on your Council Tax banding.

Marketing that gets results
Our focus is on getting people through the door of your holiday cottage and making sure they come back. We provide a full photography service and we’ll promote your holiday cottage on our website. We also have an online booking management system that makes it easy for people to book your property. We invest heavily in marketing campaigns in the local and national press, building on our reputation as the premier provider of holiday cottages in Argyll, Scotland.

Safety and certification
Your tenants’ safety is paramount. We provide gas boiler/central heating testing and certification, PAT testing and certification, fire safety, alarms and extinguishers/fire blankets and servicing and full risk assessments. We can also advise you on landlord liability insurance.

Housekeeping
Why not let us do all the hard work? We can take care of laundry, cleaning, gardening, landscaping and property maintenance, so you can sit back and relax. It will all be done to the highest standards.

Receiving your tenants
We’ll give your tenants a warm welcome. We can do key handover and property familiarisation. We can also provide a welcome pack and information folder, as well as Terms and Conditions. We have all sorts of other services we can provide, including a food and sundries starter pack, car hire, bike hire, airport meet and greet, tours and excursions and a sports package to order. If you can think of anything else you’d like to offer your tenants, just ask.
