We offer clear guidance on Scottish Government Health & Safety standards, including support with risk assessments and compliance requirements. Argyll Self Catering Holidays (ASCH) conform with these regulations and are unable to trade with any self-catering properties who do not fulfil this legislation.

ALL NEW HOLIDAY HOMES:

All new operators of short-term lets must apply for a licence. They must not accept bookings or receive guests until their licence has been granted.
