A complete holiday cottage service |
At Argyll Self-Catering Holidays we’re passionate about Argyll. We want more people to enjoy this spectacular part of the west coast of Scotland – in comfort and style. We hand pick the best holiday cottages across Argyll, personally visiting every property to check they meet our high standards.
We offer a complete service to make sure that your Argyll holiday is stress free. We’ll show you around the property and we’re on call 24 hours a day if you have any problems. We’ve loads of local knowledge, and we’re happy to give advice or organise local tours, excursions or activities – just ask. We can even arrange for quality Argyll produce to be delivered directly to your door. Give us a call if you have any questions – we’d love to hear from you.
The team
Iain Fleming
Iain’s a man on a mission – to put Argyll on the map. He’s lived in the area for 20 years, establishing a number of businesses. He currently runs Total Holiday Experience, a travel company that specialises in organising bespoke trips, as well as Argyll Self-Catering Cottages. He also owns and manages his own holiday cottages in Argyll – so he knows what’s involved. Iain heads up the company and oversees its strategic direction.
Jim Mclean
Jim has lived and worked in Dunoon for 30 years, building and running his successful insurance broker business. He’s from Glasgow originally. After travelling the world many years ago, he returned home to find his family had relocated to Dunoon. He joined them, fell in love with the place and stayed on. As a sailor and walker, he reckons there’s no better place to live – and holiday. He brings with him a wealth of business and local knowledge and is responsible for business development, marketing and building our portfolio of properties. He also keeps Tamworth pigs.
David Wood
David has worked in travel for over 40 years and there’s not much he doesn’t know about the industry. He started out in tour operating, then worked in retail travel before managing a travel agency in Hampshire. David grew up in Argyll, but left as a young man to forge his career. In 2005 he ‘came home’ and now lives in Innellan. He’s our finance and administration man. He’s exceptionally organised and keeps us on track and in budget. His desk’s the tidy one.
